Pork with pineapples and jams
This recipe I recently found on the Internet, few have transformed and decided to share with you. It turned out sooo delicious! And raspberry crazy with its magical notes of the fragrance.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Jam

    0.5 cup

  • Cognac

    60 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Pineapple

    200 g

  • Black pepper

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Sesame

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Meat cut into small pieces, pepper, salt and fry in olive oil.

Canned pineapples slice.

Puff pastry (ready-made) thawed. 5 minutes before end of roasting meat to add raspberry jam.

Place the meat in a form. Add brandy, pineapple. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Remove from the oven and decorate to your liking. I decorated with raspberries and cuts added raspberry jam. By the way, is also delicious if you add raspberry jam instead of cranberry.
