Cupcake with cherries
In Switzerland the traditional cupcake called Birnenbrot (pear bread). It is very light and sweet, prepared with walnuts, fruit.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Flour

    340 g

  • Milk

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Cherry

    500 g

  • Powdered sugar

    20 g

  • Cinnamon

Cooking

Butter and sugar blend until crumbly mixture. Enter in a mixture of eggs, milk, lemon juice, flour with baking powder.

Grease Masai and sprinkle with flour or crumbs.

Put the mixture into a greased and floured form. On the dough put the stoned cherries.

Then pour the semolina, made from flour, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Bake in moderately hot weather.
