Cheesecake dessert with marmalade
You can fill one cake, but I like to portion feed! Idea: instead of the marmalade take the pre-soaked dried fruit or candied fruit, but with all the delicious marmalade))) Can be given the task guests (especially children) to guess what the dessert! And the advantage is that you can make in advance and keep covered in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    360 g

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.3 tsp

  • Marmalade

    180 g

  • Coconut

    7 pinch

Cooking

Soak gelatin in milk at room temperature, leave to swell. Then put the Cup of gelatin in a bowl of water and heat, stirring, until the gelatin granules are dissolved.

Cheese (I have 2 packs of 180 g) add the sugar with vanilla.
