Cherry cake
I come to you again today with cake, this time it's a cake with cherries. A season is a sin not to take advantage of a rich harvest this wonderful berries and bake elegant and very delicious cake! Cherries, of course, you can replace the cherries. Come visit me at the light!

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until peaks. Continuing to whisk, gradually add sugar, then one yolks. In the resulting mass add the flour, stir gently. Cover the bottom of a split form (I have a diameter of 25 cm) with baking paper, grease the pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the batter into the form and bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Ready cake cool slightly in the form, then remove from the mold and thoroughly cool.

The cooled housing is horizontally cut into three parts. One part is again put in the form, grease it with cherry jam and cover with the second part.

Cherries wash, remove pits, several pieces leave for decoration.

The cherries blend in a blender, not quite a mess, and so were small pieces.

Mix cottage cheese with sugar, add the crushed cherries.

Whisk cream to tight peaks, mix with cream cheese and cherries.

In 100 ml of water to soak gelatin. In a water bath to dissolve gelatin and pour it into the stuffing, mix well. A bowl of cottage cheese and cream filling to put in the fridge for 5 minutes, until it starts to congeal.

Then the filling is put into a form where we laid two pieces of sponge cake, put the third part. Lubricate the upper part of the biscuit with jam, put the form with the cake in the fridge to harden the filling.

In a pan fry the almonds.

Cream with fixer, vanilla sugar and two tablespoons of powdered sugar beat until taut peaks. Cake to get out of shape and grease it on all sides cream (a little bit of cream leave for decoration).
