Pumpkin scones
Scones flavorful, just melt in the mouth, moderately sweet. And pumpkin is not felt!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

  • Puree vegetables

    120 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 handful

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

Cooking

Butter cut into pieces and grind into crumbs with the flour, sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder

Add the raisins and nuts, pumpkin puree and egg. Mix thoroughly

Table sprinkle with flour, put the dough. Hands form a cake, which cut into 8 segments. Put the segments on a baking tray lined with parchment, and grease lightly beaten egg yolk.

Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 15-20 minutes, Golden brown. Readiness can be checked with a match.
