Pie with salmon
Turned out very tender and tasty. And, importantly, is very quickly!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    250 ml

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Yeast

    15 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

Cooking

Melt butter, pour into it the milk and add the yeast. Put in a warm place for 15-20 minutes. Add sugar, salt and gradually pour the sifted flour.

Knead the dough.

To put it in a bowl, cover and leave in a warm place to rise for 30-40 minutes.

Fish cut into small cubes.

Finely chop the dill and green onions.
