Smoothie from Jamie Oliver's
Recipe from the beloved (unrequited) Jamie Oliver. Favorite smoothie combinations: cherry and almond. Delicious and healthy thick drink for Breakfast. Cereal and nuts slow the absorption of sugar fructose in the blood, so after such a Breakfast, you can survive longer in working condition.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Cherry

    1 cup

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

For cooking oat bran take from "Mistral".

Take a blender or food processor. Take a ripe banana, cut, put into blender.

Add crushed almonds and oat bran from "Mistral".

Add milk and yogurt, according to desire and taste the honey. I did not add the honey, taste and so rich. All grind in a blender whisk until smooth.
