Meat casserole with a very interesting layer. If you don't know something, never guess.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

  • Chicken egg

  • Dill

  • Cheese

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

  • Salt

In chicken forcemeat add the egg, semolina, salt and mix well.

Now prepare the filling. Cheese and garlic RUB on a small grater, add the ricotta, eggs and chopped dill. Mix well.
