Strata with minced meat
Strata is a traditional American dish with several ingredients, often one of them is bread, stacked in layers and filled milk-egg mixture. This is a great dish for Breakfast in everyday work, as everything is possible, and even necessary, to prepare in advance and leave in the fridge overnight. And in the morning put it in the oven and continue to go about their business. Your Breakfast prepares itself.

Ingredients

  • Baton

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The stuffing with salt and pepper. Onions finely chop. Tomato paste dilute with water.

Fry mince with onions in vegetable oil for a few minutes. Then add diluted tomato paste and cook until the liquid evaporates. Then mince and set aside to cool.

Eggs, milk, salt, pepper and a good beat into a soft mousse with a mixer.

In form, greased, put the slice of bread.

On the loaf and spread half of the mince and top with half of cheese.

Then repeat layers: bread, beef, cheese. Pour all the egg-milk mixture. Allow to soak at least 20 minutes, and then all night (day).
