Salad with cherry tomatoes, beetroot and Parmesan
Not a salad, and solid benefits on the plate - beets and tomatoes have a beneficial effect on the circulatory system and contribute to the normalization of digestion, so this salad can be eaten even the ladies, who sit on a diet.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Parmesan

    20 g

  • Pine nuts

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

For this dish I used the pot Zepter.

Beet wash, peel and cut into small pieces.

Put the slices of beet in a pot Zepter, pour 1 tablespoon of water, close the lid.

Put the saucepan on the stove, turn on medium heat. When the arrow of the controller reaches the green fields, reduce heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Then remove the saucepan from the heat and leave closed for another 3-5 minutes, then remove the beets and cool.

In a bowl put washed and dried lettuce.

Add cut in half cherry tomatoes.
