For a change, instead of bread. You can vary the amount of sugar and salt, thus, it is possible to bake buns to the soup, for example (I have this time to mushroom) or sweet scones for tea (coffee) which is very tasty with jam, especially raspberry, I like. The only thing I prefer them oven in such an amount to eat in one day, because I think they are very tasty when fresh. In the recipe the quantity of ingredients for 12 muffins.

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yeast

    20 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

In warm milk bred yeast, dissolve the sugar, salt and melted butter (margarine). Add eggs, whisk. Add the sifted corn and wheat flour, mix well. And leave to rise in a warm place. I leave for 30-40 minutes.
