Beer bread
This recipe post at the request of the wonderful boy photo gallery, the gorgeous Belgian bread which is encouraged to experiment with beer. This recipe is originally for HP, but this time kneaded by hand.

Ingredients

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    3.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    0.3 cup

Cooking

in a bowl pour the sugar and yeast, pour the beer and allow to ferment (it took me 10 minutes)

add all ingredients except sunflower seeds, and using a mixer with attachments for dough kneaded, allowed to come 10 minutes

add seeds and knead again, put into the form/cake pan, greased with vegetable oil, and let go 1 hour, put in a preheated 200 degree oven (I had the top of the dough greased with vegetable oil) and bake until ready (I got through 40 minutes was ready)

The bread turned out delicious and not heavy
