Cooking
Beat butter with sugar. I did it with a mixer. Add the eggs and again beat.
Continue to mix everything with a spoon. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Flour is added gradually. Mix well and divide the dough into two parts.
In one part add cocoa and cognac.
In the second part we add a peeled and chopped pear.
Turn on the oven. Form grease with oil. And lay first the white dough (dessert spoon) then dark.
I took a wooden stick and a little bit of mixed dough. Slightly, in a circle.
Put into the oven (170 degrees) for 20 minutes. Oven are different, so watch out. Here they are turned out.
You can put the dough on the contrary, first dark, then bright.
I like the first option. The cupcakes turn out dry and not too wet, just right. A pleasant tea.
