Salmon with cap

  • Lemon

  • Walnuts

  • Mustard

Prepare the topping for the nuts are roughly chopped and the Bread is slightly dry in the toaster and crumble. With lemon to remove the zest and squeeze the juice. Dill finely chop. Mix all the ingredients with the soft butter.

Fish season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard. Spread on a baking sheet. On top of the fish to spread the grit. Crushing it well with your hands.

Put into a preheated oven to 160C°. Bake for 15 minutes. Podovat immediately.
