Salad of pickled vegetables
Bright summer salad of pickled vegetables. Easy to prepare and very flavorful due to the seasonings "Forester ". Will be an excellent addition to meat kebabs.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Yogurt

    0.25 cup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Wash the vegetables, clean and prepare. Cut into long strips, onion half-rings.

Put vegetables in a bowl (except the cucumbers) add spices for marinating "Forester "and the vinegar, set aside for 10-15 minutes.

In a hot pan pour a little vegetable oil. Sauté the vegetables on low heat for 3-5 minutes. Then put in a pan cucumbers, and fry for another 1-2 minutes.

For the sauce, to the yoghurt add salt, pepper, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic (passed through press) All thoroughly. Serve the salad together with the sauce.
