The meatballs in girmonsky
Under this name, (if my memory serves me) a long time ago I saw a recipe in the cooking book. Tried it, liked it. The book is long lost, but the recipe I use to this day. Fragrant, tasty, not difficult to prepare the dish, offer to try and you.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Flour

  • Water

    2 cup

In forcemeat add salt, pepper , garlic - all that we love-sculpt the meatballs (big meatballs), roll them in flour, and fry with onions.

Potatoes cut into big pieces, add to meatballs, mix gently.

To make the sauce: mix 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup, 1 tbsp flour 1.5 - 2 cups of water, salt, pepper. I added parsley and dried Basil.

Pour sauce potatoes with meatballs, you can add a Bay leaf and a few peppercorns. Simmer until cooked potatoes on low heat.
