Zucchini cut more thin plates (would be great peeler). Add salt and leave for half an hour.
Bell pepper cut into strips, garlic and cilantro are finely chopped.
For the marinade, combine the vinegar, oil, salt (about 0.5 tsp), honey and black pepper. Will beat into a soft mousse with a fork. Zucchini lightly squeeze the juice, add the pepper, herbs and garlic, pour the marinade, gently stir and put in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Unusual summer appetizer of fresh zucchini is ready!
