Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan according to instructions to my HP.The only caveat,if you are using polenta and your HP is added to the liquid (fermented baked milk)first,then the liquid at the beginning add the polenta,and then wheat flour.The regime offered to the "Main",I have it 3 hours and 40 minutes.Crust color choose optional.The weight of the loaf will be 900 g.
