Strawberry ice cream or berry ice cream
Open the strawberry season and want something tasty and natural strawberries. This ice cream is delicious and easy to prepare from ingredients available to everyone. Also, the strawberries can be replaced with any other seasonal berry.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Milk

    140 g

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

Cooking

step-0
Take eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. Place the egg yolks in a saucepan of small size.
step-1
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar (I'm still in any dish to add a bit of salt).
step-2
Take the saucepan slightly larger in diameter to pour a little water and bring to boil. When the water boils, set it in a saucepan with the yolks, but light fire to the water not much was in full swing. Whisk constantly down (I knocked 6 minutes, but can be brought down and a blender or mixer, then down to 3-4 minutes).
step-3
The yolks should thicken to the consistency of thick cream.
step-4
To the yolks add milk and set on medium heat, stirring, bring to a boil. Once it boils, immediately turn it off. Cool.
step-5
Strawberries grind in a blender or crush with a fork until smooth porridge (perhaps a blender would be better because if you have pieces of strawberries, they will freeze and will stand out as pieces of ice).
step-6
In the chilled milk with the yolks add the strawberries and stir. This mass to put in the freezer for 5 hours.
step-7
You can add any seasonal berries. Bon appetit!
step-8
You can reduce the amount of sugar to 50 g and add 100 g dessert of dark chocolate (melted in a water bath), you get chocolate ice cream (but no berries).
step-9
Or nothing at all to add (only yolks, milk, sugar and vanilla), and you get vanilla ice cream, just when eggs are homemade, the ice cream will be yellow. This recipe (almost the same) offers Vikol', here is the link: http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/76 254/
