  • Chickpeas

  • Radishes

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Cucumber

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Soy sauce

  • Greens

Prepared ingredients for the salad. Boiled, peeled potatoes. Cut in half cherry tomatoes. The chopped pepper and cucumber. Boiled chickpeas. ( The chickpeas were soaked for 24 hours, boiled for 20 minutes in salted water ).

Boiled chicken fillet cut into cubes. ( Chicken cooked in salted water with spices ). Radishes grated on a fine grater.

A baking sheet greased with olive oil. Cut the potatoes into 3 to 4 pieces lengthwise and put on baking sheet. On slices of potato put onion rings on top and sprinkled grated cheese. Put the baking sheet in the oven on the upper level and turned on the grill.

After 10 minutes the cheese melted and flushed slightly. Potato slices laid out in plates. Chopped vegetables, chicken and chickpeas arbitrarily laid out next to the potatoes.

Radish did not mix with other vegetables, put a spoon in the edge of the plate.

Olive oil poured radishes. Instead of salt used Kikkoman soy sauce.
