Salad
If you are going to cook at the cottage barbecue, and the grill is ready for work - first, bake the vegetables and prepare this summer salad with the scent of smoke. Delicious, juicy, flavorful. The perfect complement to the meat!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash vegetables, eggplant, prick with a fork.

Cook the vegetables on the coals until blackening of the skin and softness. At home you can use the oven but the smell of smoke will not happen.

Vegetables cool slightly and remove skin while the pepper is still on seeds. Chop not too finely.

Rice "bubble mix" from TM "Mistral" (with the addition of wild rice), cook according to instructions; for the salad you will need about 1 Cup of cooked rice. Onion cut into feathers, chop the garlic. Finely chop a large bunch of parsley (can use cilantro).

Mix all ingredients and season with oil, soy sauce and lemon juice (you can substitute vinegar). I recommend adding a couple pinches of sugar to taste.
