Cooking
Preheat the oven to 220 gr. Mix the juice of one lemon salt, RUB it over the fish and put in the fridge. Very thinly slice the garlic, mix it with herbs, cheese, and milk.
Wrap each fish with bacon.
Bake the trout for 30 minutes, putting it on the middle level of the oven.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in the oil. Add the broth, after putting back the rosemary and boil for 5 minutes. In the end, add milk-cheese mixture, stir until complete dissolution of cheese.
10 minutes before end of cooking pour this dressing over the trout.
