Prebranac
Beans, baked with onions. Delicious, soft, slightly spicy beans! And very beautiful work! Balkan cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Paprika sweet

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

Beans to sort, soak in cold water for 4-5 hours, then put in a pot, cover with fresh water, bring to boil and reduce the heat.

Peel the onion, 1 onion coarsely chop.

Add to the pan with the beans, chopped onion, Bay leaf, a little salt. Cook until cooked beans (about 40 minutes), then drain it in a colander, broth save.

The remaining onion cut into half rings. Garlic peel, chop.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, fry the onions until transparent, add spices, garlic, tomato paste, salt to taste and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

In a baking dish put layers of beans and fried onions. The latter should be a layer of beans. Pour the mass in the form of broth so that it just covers the beans.

Preheat the oven to 180*C, bake the beans for 20-25 minutes, then cool slightly and serve. Bon appetit!
