Salad with fennel and red cabbage
Useful and low-calorie salad with crunchy vegetables will help you get in shape after winter.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Fennel

    1 piece

  • Cabbage, red,

    300 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Walnuts

    4 piece

  • Parsley

Thinly slice the onion. Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Filling: mix levokove oil with orange juice and soy sauce, and pepper. Onion marinate in the dressing.

Cabbage finely chopped.

Fennel cut into thin slices. A few sprigs of parsley finely chop. Walnuts chopped.

Mix the cabbage, fennel, carrots. Fill the sauce, sprinkle with parsley and walnuts. Bon appetit!
