Cooking
Boil beef until fully cooked without salt that the fibers began to separate from the piece. I did it in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Dont pour the broth!
Prepared beef cut into pieces 1.5 x 1.5 cm
It's rice noodles, which I cooked. And pickled ginger.
Boil rice noodles according to the instructions on the package and drain the water.
Finely chop the onion and fry until transparent. Add to pan with onions beef broth. Simmer for 5 minutes. The petals of the ginger mash well, so they gave your taste, and add to the onions. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and pepper to taste. All together to put out 5 - 10 minutes. Salt I did not add it.
To the sauce add the sliced beef. All together to stew for 5-10 minutes.
Spread the meat with the sauce in the plate on cooked noodles. All! Our dish is ready. Bon appetit!
