Verrine with mango, chicken and cucumber
This salad has just four main ingredients — and this determines its flavor; sweet and sour, cheese, refreshing. The soft texture of the mango contrasted with crunchy cucumber, grilled chicken and delicious cheese. And cook salad, is very simple.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    1 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive oil

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Mint

    1 sprig

  • Salt

1. With chicken remove the skin, place in a bowl, coat with the sauce-marinade and put aside for 30 minutes.

2. Marinated fried chicken grease with the butter, salt, pepper and fry under the grill until cooked. From chicken separate the meat and cut into strips.

3. Salad cucumber cut into cubes. If the skin of the cucumber is tough, it is better to clean.

4. Mango peel, flesh cut into small cubes.

5. Mix the cucumber with mango, chicken and chopped mint.

6. Grate on a medium grater cheese. Prepare the sauce. Pour in a jar of olive oil (2 tablespoons), a squeeze of lemon juice to taste, add salt and pepper. You can add a pinch of sugar, adjust the sauce to your taste. A jar cover and shake intensely to mix.

7. Put the salad in glasses, and before serving, gently pour the sauce on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, decorate with mint leaves and red berries.
