Casserole with squash
Casseroles are a great many, I propose You own version! A number of products designed for 3 forms a volume of 300 ml

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Squash

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Bran

    4 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Butter

  • Vegetable oil

Boil the rice until half done! Prepare all the necessary vegetables: shred cabbage, finely chopped onion, carrot and bell pepper cut into cube and squash grate on a coarse grater

In a pan heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onion, add the cabbage and cook it until soft (add a little milk or cream).

In a bowl mix the chopped vegetables, stewed cabbage, boiled rice, salt and spices. As seasoning I used ground red hot pepper, pepper chipotle, coriander and mint.

Filling: Mix the eggs and cream. Pour the filling to the vegetables and mix thoroughly.

Add the bran. Mix. Instead of bran you can add flour or breadcrumbs or semolina.

A casserole can be done in great shape, but I prefer the individual forms. Form grease with butter and sprinkle altabani (flour, breadcrumbs). Spread vegetable mixture into the molds. Sprinkle top with grated cheese and put in a preheated 180°C oven for 20-25 minutes.
