Liver-and-rice pate
Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe of pate. It is prepared from beef liver and rice from TM Mistral. Tender and very hearty pate will surely appeal to fans of dishes from the liver.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    30 g

  • Figure

    3 Tbsp

  • Beef liver

    150 g

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater.

The liver is cut into slices and fry in sunflower oil. Add to the pumpkin.

Pre-cook the rice in a cooking bag from Mistral. Add a few tablespoons and stir.

Spread in the pan, add salt and coriander.

Add milk.

You need to simmer with the lid on for about 25-30 minutes.
