Fajitas
Of course, it's not a true Mexican recipe, and only a variation on the fajitas... But it turns out very tasty and interesting.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Pellet

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

First, I prepared the marinade for the chicken: 1 tbsp soy sauce Kikkoman.
