Eggs in potatoes
A hearty Breakfast and a little variety in serving the usual scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    2 tsp

Large potato pre-boiled in their skins, cool. One portion is enough for 1 PC.

Cut in half

And with a teaspoon remove the core, leaving a thin stenochki.

To the removed portion add the butter, finely chopped cheese, salt, dried garlic and herbs. To make puree.

Gently "indentation" put the mass back into the potatoes, leaving a hollow for the eggs and making the bumpers, so that balls don't escape.

Drive egg, salt.

And send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on desired doneness of eggs.

As in the traditional flow, and eggs goes well with fresh greens.
