Country fish roll
I've written out flour tortillas tortilla in the country. I want to offer another recipe. It turned out very delicious and country fresh fish roll.

Ingredients

  • Pellet

    6 piece

  • Pollock

    6 piece

  • Lettuce

    0.5 coup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Dill

    5 sprig

  • Green onions

    3 sprig

  • Green olives

    15 piece

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flakes cereal

    50 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Cooking

Mix the flakes 7 cereals and oatmeal TM Mistral.

Grind in a blender or coffee grinder. The breading ready.

Finely chop olives, green onions and dill. Grate cheese on a fine grater.

Mix it all with sour cream and mayonnaise. You can add pepper and your favorite spices. Mix well. The sauce is ready.

With a fork, slightly beat the egg. You can add 1-2 tablespoon spoons of milk.

Fish cut into pieces a La carte. I had extruded fillet, I just broke it into pieces. Add salt, if you want, pepper.

Fish roll in cereal coating.

Fry two sides for 3-4 minutes.

Thinly slice vegetables, salad wash and dry.

Cake tortilla grease sauce.

Spread on the sauce, salad and vegetables.
