Potatoes baked in mustard
Very tasty potatoes, spicy, crispy and slightly sour.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1.1 kg

  • Mustard

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Potato peel, wash, slice and slightly dry on a paper towel. Here is the recipe for one kilogram of potatoes, I cooked more.

Mix mustard, oil, zest and lemon juice, pressed garlic, oregano, salt and beat with a whisk until smooth.
