Cooking
Eggs, milk, salt and two types of flour, knead the dough. Cornmeal can be done by: corn grits, rinse, dry on parchment paper and grind in a coffee grinder.
Bake pancakes on a heated and oiled frying pan (makes about 10 pieces), add to a large bowl and cover.
Onions and garlic chop and fry in vegetable oil.
Beans drain. The feathers of green onions chop.
Stuffing (I had pork-beef) fry them in vegetable oil, tomato paste, enter.
After 3 minutes add yogurt, prepared vegetables, beans, mix and warm.
