Salad
Very autumn and very unusual salad. Autumn because nourishing, but easy because all the components are perfectly combined and absorbed by the body. I usually make homemade mayonnaise, but sometimes not enough time and then helps the mayonnaise "Maheev", "No starch! Without vinegar! No GMO!"

Ingredients

  • Bay leaf

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

The day before prepare the salad, make the pickled plum. Plum cut in half, remove pits. Boil water, add sugar, cloves, Bay leaf. If plum is a little to hard boil them. If quite ripe, put them into a jar, pour syrup, pour the vinegar and leave to marinate. 10-12 hours is usually enough.

To prepare boiled Turkey, boiled rice. Slice the Turkey and drain, add the rice.

To mayonnaise add curry and turmeric, stir and season the salad. Decorate with pickled plums and parsley.
