Green ruddy with dill-garlic sauce
The zucchini turned out spicy and garlic-flavored. Due to the fragrant dill and garlic. For the sauce, I took homemade kefir made with kefir starter from "Orsika". Kefir, I used the yogurt maker, a thermos Oursson. The yogurt was very thick and tasty. Much different from shopping.

Ingredients

  • Sourdough

  • Yogurt

  • Dill

1. Prepare the yogurt. To sterilize the utensils for cooking yogurt. In the liter capacity pour 1 packet of yeast (3 g) from "Orsika",

2... and pour in it a little milk at room temperature, shake to dissolve powder. Then pour the remaining milk. Close the container lid and shake well for 2-3 minutes.

3. Pour into a yogurt maker thermos water t 100 this mark. Then immerse litre capacity with the milk mixture in a thermos.

4. Close the lid of the thermos. Put the yogurt maker in a warm place for 6-10 hours. After this time, open the lid of the yogurt maker, to get a liter container and let it cool down.

5. Put a litre container in the refrigerator for complete cooling of yogurt. Then pour the yogurt into glasses and drink. The yogurt was very thick and tasty. Much different from shopping! I now kefir, yogurt... cook only for myself.

6. Prepare the zucchini. Zucchini wash, dry and cut into slices thickness of 5 mm. Sauté the zucchini in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.
