Shank baked in the oven
This knuckle is very convenient to take with you on nature. But you can bake it directly on a picnic, then home will just have to marinate it. In any case, the meat is very juicy and soft.

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 tsp

Shank wash and dry on paper towels.

Make a marinade. Take soy sauce, add 1 chopped clove of garlic. I use products from Dlue Dragon.

Add ketchup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil and herbs. Mix everything.

Well coat the shank with the marinade from all sides and leave to marinate. At least 1 h, with a maximum of 2nd day.

Nbsphowever each knuckle cut garlic, wrap it in foil. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 1H. 20 minutes. Then we deploy the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
