A couple of days ago caught my eye this recipe and immediately decided to cook. Fillet I do not like it very lean to me, and it turned out juicy, I liked it; you should try it, maybe you will like.

Cooking
With chicken breast, remove the skin, cut the bones and divide into 2 fillets. (I cut the portions, I got 10 PCs.)
Sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper mix
A good fillet coat of the sour cream-mustard mixture and leave to marinate while preparing vegetables.
Finely chop the onion, carrot and pickled cucumber RUB on a medium grater in different bowls.
In skillet, heat over high heat vegetable oil, pour the onion, reduce the fire to medium and fry the onions while stirring until soft and start changing color. Pour the carrots. Sauté until soft. Pour the grated cucumber. Fry with constant stirring for about 1 minute.
