Cheese pancakes with herbs and paprika
Cheese pancakes - fun special! They are very delicate, with thin threads of stringy cheese; and fragrant, with a spicy freshness of greens and a hint of smoked paprika. Prepare these pancakes is very simple, and will appeal to all cheese lovers. These are great pancakes for Breakfast, afternoon snack, just as an appetizer, as well as for stuffing savory fillings.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    30 ml

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Greens

    4 sprig

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Cooking

Heat the milk, add the sugar and yeast. Leave for 20 minutes. I use instant dry yeast SAF-MOMENT.

Add the egg, butter and flour.

Stir to avoid lumps.

Cheese grate on a fine grater, greens cut.

Add to the batter and mix.

Bake pancakes on medium heat, greasing the pan with oil.

When serving, sprinkle the pancakes paprika powder. Bon appetit!
