This simple salad is easy and quick to cook both at home and on the road, waiting on the grill preparing something delicious!

Cooking
Grind onion, cucumber cut into cubes.
Tofu cut into cubes about the same size as the cucumber.
All folded up in a bowl, add chopped olives.
Tuck in soy sauce to taste (instead of salt), butter, and lemon juice, mix well.
