Salad with tofu
Salad for a vegetarian diet or a picnic. Tofu is rich in vegetable protein, while it is low in calories and contains no cholesterol and therefore is an excellent choice for those who are watching a figure and doesn't want to overload the body in a lovely summer picnic! This simple salad is easy and quick to cook both at home and on the road, waiting on the grill preparing something delicious!

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Tofu

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black olives

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Grind onion, cucumber cut into cubes.

Tofu cut into cubes about the same size as the cucumber.

All folded up in a bowl, add chopped olives.

Tuck in soy sauce to taste (instead of salt), butter, and lemon juice, mix well.
