Very tasty! Unusual, easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Vinegar

    5 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

Chicken clean, wash and boil.

When the chicken is ready, remove it from the broth.

Cut into pieces of desired size and sprinkle with salt.

Sieve the broth through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Finely chop the onions. Heat a pan and cook the chopped onion in butter.

Add the flour and mix thoroughly.

Dissolve the resulting mass in a broth. Broth put on a small fire, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Simmer until then, until the smell of flour.

Separately whisk the egg yolks, add the vinegar and a little broth.

After removing the broth from the heat and gradually stir in egg mass, stirring constantly, until, until the liquid becomes homogeneous. Add salt to taste.

When serving in a bowl put 2-3 pieces of boiled chicken, fill them with broth and sprinkle with cilantro. Bon appetit!!!
