I love pasta! Pasta cook often, but Carbonara for the first time on my home table. The recipe is simple and quick, and most importantly, very good work! Delicious dish from simple ingredients. And, by the way, my first recipe on the Pillsbury.

Cooking
cook spaghetti in salted water until "al dente".
wash mushrooms, remove and chop not too finely.
bacon chopped and fried with mushrooms, plenty of pepper. ATTENTION! do not add salt, because the bacon itself is very salty
mix until smooth egg and cream
drain the pasta and add to the bacon with mushrooms
then pour the egg mixture into the slightly cooled spaghetti, not the proteins will coagulate. Mix everything well. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
