Fish cut into steaks, season with salt. Roll in flour and fry.

Prepare the marinade: fry the onions, carrots. Add the tomato paste, salt, sugar, ground pepper, a pinch of curry. Stew on low heat for 5 minutes.

Add sour cream, some grated ginger. Bring to a boil.

Fried fish put in a baking dish. Pour marinade and place in a preheated 180-200*C oven for 20 minutes.
