Pie with frozen berries
Dear cooks, I suggest to unload the freezer from the frozen berries make room for future harvest! Today I have a delicious sweet cake with crispy topping with frozen strawberries and rhubarb. You can use any berries and fruits.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    15 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Berry

    300 g

The ingredients are measured by Cup volume of 250 ml. baking dish with a diameter of 27 see Here the products we need. I have powder from sugar cane that is not necessary. You can use ordinary sugar or a small sugar.
