Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla to a froth. Add soft butter ( room temperature). Whisk until complete dissolution of oil.
Pour the yogurt and mix well. Yogurt can be taken any, I have cherry.
Add the flour and baking powder, beat the dough until smooth. On the bottom of a baking dish put the halved plums cut up ( bone pre-delete).
Spread plums on half of the dough. The remaining plums cut into thin slices and spread on the dough. And top to close plum the remnants of the test. Send the pie in the oven at 170-160 grams for 50 minutes. Focus on dry wooden skewer. Ready cake cool and turn onto a plate. If desired, cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. I have a form 26 cm
