In the frosty pre-holiday evenings you want something homemade, a friend since childhood... so I remembered a dish that was prepared, perhaps even our great-grandmothers..

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Peel the potatoes, grate on a fine grater (or chop in a food processor), squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp flour, salt, spices.
