Brussels sprouts with meatballs

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    15 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

In forcemeat add the egg, onion, spices and, if you are on a diet, 2 slices of soaked bread.

Fry the meatballs on both sides in oil, add water (to the middle of the meatballs) and simmer for 20 minutes, add the cabbage and cook for another 10 minutes.
