Cooking
Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, boil in boiling salted water until soft (about 10 minutes). Carrots boil until tender. Boiled vegetables to cool and cut into cubes.
Crab sticks and boiled egg cut into cubes.
In a deep casserole, mix the crab sticks, cauliflower, carrots, green peas and egg.
For dressing mix sour cream, mustard and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Season the salad and mix well.
