Salad of cauliflower and crab sticks
A bright vegetable salad and crab sticks externally, a bit like "Olivier" - a festive, but more mild and delicate taste.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

  • Dill

    5 g

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Carrots

    70 g

  • Green peas

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    70 g

  • Mustard

    10 g

  • Allspice

  • Salt

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, boil in boiling salted water until soft (about 10 minutes). Carrots boil until tender. Boiled vegetables to cool and cut into cubes.
