Almond cake with raspberries
Crispy crust with soft cream. Recipe taken from the magazine "Liza". 've been meaning to do, for some reason today my mind... and to my joyful surprise, with today's cook 5 level.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate

    250 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Milk

    300 g

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Raspberry

    500 g

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Condensed milk

  • Gelatin

    10 g

Cooking

Chocolate melt in a water bath with constant stirring. Add cereal and almonds. Mix well.

The bottom of the form to lay a paper (I have a foil), spread 3/4 of the chocolate mass from the roll into 12 balls (6 for me). Put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Cook pudding, cool. Clean the berries (in my case raspberries), the recipe has to be strawberry.

Flip the cake on a dish, remove paper, spread with pudding, add juice from raspberries.

Spread on top of berries.

From the cake "Bear", I got the cream, in the beginning decorated so, then changed his mind. Slipped top.

Made an additional cream. But little has changed. Whipped cream, because I have raspberries, added condensed milk with raspberry flavor and gelatin.
