Ingredients

  • Cookies

    300 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Pour on the base. If the form is removable, wrap with foil. Put in the form bake for another Cup of water (i.e. a water bath). Bake 75 minutes. Turn off and leave to cool in the oven. In some recipes I read that, put in refrigerator, cover with plastic film, I did not.

Lost sight of the bowl of water was not high, looks like the water has boiled away and the cheesecake cracked. So I'd consider it for the future. Put in the fridge for 3-4 hours.

Great invention - freezer that cheesecake was not boring, from the cake "Aysel" left cream. It took a minute or two on the top and decorated (loudly :D say) chocolates and almonds chopped.
