Pie with plums
Nice sour plums plus sweet dough Cup of tea. Sit back... Let's drink tea! Try!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Drain

    250 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Prepare the products.

In a Cup sift flour, add a pinch of salt, leavening agent, butter. Add the sugar. I used the sugar "Small cane" TM "Mistral". Use a fork to grind all the ingredients into crumbs.

Add the egg and sour cream.

Knead the dough. Remove for 10 minutes in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Plums washed. Cut into 2 pieces, remove the bone. Halved plums cut into slices.

In a Cup put the starch and sugar. Stir.

Take out the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out a tortilla. Put into the form, forming the sides.
